"I once had a vision on ayahuasca that time-space flowed in the shape of a coiled torus (think of a slinky with both ends connecting) with the entire length of the coil being also coiled (now imagine the slinky is made out of a really long spring). The whole thing was immense compared to me and glowed with white light against the empty space that it floated in. It glowed not on its own accord, but because souls made of light were jumping in and out of it, at every point on the surface, like glowing trout trying to make their way upstream. Each time a soul splashed down back into the time-stream they would live through an entire life, and upon death they jumped back out and landed in a different spot. In that vision i lived through several life times and remember it being exhausting because there was was no end to experience, yet my soul wanted rest.”
Slippery Lucidity
VV/LD TØR∇S is a collaborative platform of Brooklyn-based artists, led by Vlady VØz Tokk and Mág Ne Ta, who work to create chaotic, cult action happenings within multi-sensory installations. WT aims to create a shared, collective experience with audiences, utilizing a combination of digital and physical means to commemorate traumatic and mystical events that occur in the universe as a whole. Through working in the ephemeral, WT's constructed experiences reach beyond its participants’ consciousness and corporeal position in society. The rituals activate a liminal space-time to deconstruct targeted events in contemporary reality, which have been distorted through media sources and the Internet, and requiring alternate manifestations. Ultimately, the coming together of WT's clashing identities, invented tools, cryptic symbols, and physical renderings through ritualistic experience erupts into an extreme, dystopian spectacle.

ERIK HOKANSON [NYC]
The most common, stable, and reliable states of the universe are the qualities of darkness and cold. ¨We live in a very unusual condition of relative warmth and light. We are living here (earth) -humans, spiders, grass, fish, carrots, bacteria, mice, viruses. We are all related. We need to eat each other. It is the price of peace, beauty, security, humor, love, and hope. Our bodies, like those of all other organisms here, are communities of cells working together essentially for their own preservation. We will all become food for something someday. The sun will make our place food for itself someday. I do not know what will eat the sun. Then it will likely become cold and dark. I take comfort in this. I like natural states.
DIDIER ODIEU [BELGIUM]
ODIEU is an essential character of the alternative underground european scène, born in Belgium with the 77 punk movement; he began throwing rotten beef stomachs on the audience and killing chicken with an electric knife, then created pornographic ballets for familial audiences. tired of hospitals (every performance turned to riots), created a stupid and schyzophrenic pop star, who's unexpected succes gave hundreds of concerts and 6 albums. But this wasn't Odieu's plans. after 4 years he decided to stop the experience, went on stage, and instead of singing, broke his piano with a hammer and a graver. Then, invited at Royal Palace of Belgium for the king's Jubilee, he made an unforgettable show that gave as a result 10 years of interdiction on all the national networks. no souçi. After trying to make love with a baby pig on the stage of an agricultural fair, Odieu then entered the Guiness Book with his next stupid idea : The World Record of Sports Megamix, with 178 hits sung in 13'45". Then wrote and directed plays and musicals, revues, even an Opera, played all around the world, but essentially in france, belgium, and Canada, created a pirat network, TV PIRAT, a 4G sect, "The Awakening"...
his very extensive work has made him an icon of the belgian alterculture. Odieu has worked with Ron Link, Bryon Gysin, Malcolm Mc Laren, Topor, and many more...
The music is allways present in his works. as a deco, as a pretext.
this is supposed to be a concert. But it's the kind of concert you never saw before. This is supposed to be funny. but it may be frightening, sad, fearfull, highly disturbing... and allways unpredictible.
